What is a safe deposit box
A safe deposit box is a box that is held within a highly secure safe or vault. Access to the box is only available to the named keyholder(s). You can use the box to store valuable possessions that you may not wish to store at home or work. The account holder pays an annual fee to rent the box which can only be opened through the use of biometric security and an assigned key.
What can I store in a safe deposit box?

Are there any items that are prohibited?
You cannot store arms, weapons, drugs, flammable liquids, chemicals, perishable items or anything else illegal as per our terms and confitions.
What do I need to open an account?
Can I allow other people to access my box?
Each locker can have up to 3 persons registered to access it. However it is supplied with only two keys as only two keys are ever made for each lock on a safe deposit box and copies cannot be made.

Do I have to give prior notice before accessing my safe deposit box?
No, you can access your personal safe deposit box whenever you need to during opening hours.
Are my items insured in case of damage or theft?
A nominal amount of insurance is included with your box and higher amounts of insurance is available. Please call us to get the latest prices.
Are there any cancellation charges if I decide to terminate my rental?
No, you simply collect your items and sign a form saying you have emptied your box and terminated your rental agreement. If you have terminated your rental before your rental expires you will not be refunded for any unused time.
Do any third parties have the right to access my box?
No. Neither Sentinel Logistics and Security Safe Deposit Centres nor any other agencies have access to your box.
What happens if I lose my keys or smartcards?
Two identical keys will be issued to you upon registration. If you lose one or both keys, you should inform us immediately for your security. If only one key is lost you will be required to pay £100 for a replacement lock. If both keys are lost you will be required to pay £200 for an engineer to drill and replace the lock.
If you lose your access card, a new card will be issued at a charge of £10. Access to your box will not be granted without the appropriate access card.
